The challenge
Debutify is one of the most widely adopted Shopify theme and app ecosystems. Their GTM motion depends on consistently reaching merchant decision-makers through content: one long-form and one short-form video daily, plus 3-5 Meta Ads angles running at any given time.
Scaling that manually had hit a ceiling on both sides: organic and paid.
